Essen (dpa / lnw) - At the weekend, the weather in North Rhine-Westphalia is usually autumnal with clouds and rain. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), it should be changeable on Friday, with showers expected, especially in the southern half of the country. The maximum temperatures are between 11 and 14 degrees. During the night to Saturday the showers will subside and it will mostly stay dry, locally fog can appear. The temperatures drop to 7 degrees, in the mountains 3 degrees can be reached. Ground frost can also form locally here.
On Saturday it will be mostly dry and cloudy after the fog fields have cleared. According to the DWD forecast, denser clouds will gather from the west on Sunday night and there may be showers. On Sunday, the rain is expected to spread further east. The highs are between 11 and 14 degrees on both days.
