Saxony-Anhalt: Cigarette machine stolen: perpetrators on the run

Benungen/Wallhausen (dpa/sa) - Two strangers stole a cigarette vending machine in Bennungen (Mansfeld-Südharz district). According to current knowledge, they transported him on Tuesday around 3:00 a.m. in a minibus, the police said. Shortly before that, a witness in another community in the same district had noticed that strangers wanted to steal a cigarette machine there. They were disturbed and fled from Wallhausen in a minibus, but the attempted theft there failed.
