The German Weather Service (DWD) has issued a severe weather warning for parts of all federal states. The gathering rain leads to an acute danger of black ice on the frozen ground, the DWD announced. According to the police, it was still quiet on the streets of Saxony-Anhalt early Monday morning. In many places, black ice has not yet developed. According to the DWD, the risk of black ice in the country will decrease in the course of the afternoon.
