Wittichenau (dpa / sn) - A good month after the damage to four wayside crosses in the municipality of Wittichenau (Bautzen district), missing parts of the crosses and fortifications have reappeared. They were found in a field adjacent to the crime scene, according to the Görlitz police department on Friday. She again asks the population for help in finding the unknown perpetrators and sat. A reward of 3,000 euros has been offered for information that will help to find and convict her. Investigators believe the crimes are related.
On the night of October 22, two metal crosses were cut off with a tool or broken out of the granite base in various places, a plate was removed from another, and a fourth wooden cross with the body of Christ was unscrewed and placed upside down on the base.
