Dresden (dpa / sn) - The people of Saxony have to be prepared for a cold and sometimes smooth Tuesday. In the morning and on Wednesday night there will be moderate to severe frost between minus eight and minus twelve degrees, as the German Weather Service announced on Tuesday. There will be permafrost in the coming days. The maximum values during the day range from minus three to minus one degree, at higher altitudes from minus six to minus three degrees. Wednesday night will be increasingly overcast, but without precipitation. The lowest temperatures range from minus seven to minus nine degrees, especially east of the Elbe sometimes to minus twelve degrees.
