Saxony: drunk driver causes accident: seriously injured

Lengenfeld (dpa / sn) - A drunk driver caused an accident on the federal highway 94 in the direction of Reichenbach (Vogtlandkreis) and was seriously injured. The 49-year-old lost control of the car in a left turn on Tuesday afternoon, the police said early Wednesday morning. He spun into the oncoming lane and collided with two other cars. A 51-year-old was slightly injured, a 56-year-old escaped without injuries. A breath alcohol test showed the 49-year-old to be 0.66 per thousand.
