Dresden (dpa/sn) - The Saxon state parliament will hold a special session next week because of the high energy costs for consumers and the economy. Parliament announced the date on Thursday, October 13th. The AfD parliamentary group had submitted the application. She wants to apply for help for households and companies because of the high energy prices. Specifically, to compensate for the price increases, they are demanding an immediate subsidy of 1,000 euros for every Saxon household. In addition, she calls for emergency aid for companies that are particularly suffering from the increased energy costs.
