Meissen (dpa/sn) - Drivers in Meissen have had to expect traffic restrictions since Thursday morning. The reason for this is road construction work at the intersection of the B6 and Meisastraße in the city center and on the ramps to the B101, as the State Office for Road Construction and Traffic announced. 400 meters of the road in the direction of Riesa and the asphalt of the ramps between the new Elbe bridge and the Schottenberg tunnel must therefore be renewed. The work is expected to last until November.
The ramps to the B101 are currently closed. The B6 is also to be completely closed between October 17th and 30th. Drivers would then be diverted, according to a statement.
