Pietro Lombardi and influencer Laura Maria Rypa recently announced that they want to give their on-off love another chance and are back together. Now the couple explains how the reunion came about.
Accordingly, the two have been approaching again for around six months. "In the end, the initiative came from both of us. It was like the first day again," Lombardi told the "Bild" newspaper. They "somehow couldn't let go of each other," adds Rypa. There is already a plan so that the relationship lasts longer this time, the singer explains: "In the past, many people talked us into the relationship. That no longer exists."
After the break, both seem to know what they have in each other again. The 30-year-old thinks that the influencer has a great sense of humor. He also knew that he could rely on her. Rypa thinks it's great that the musician takes her as she is. "I don't have to be dressed up all the time, I can be without make-up, in a jogging suit or in my pyjamas."

Lombardi and Rypa were together for a few weeks in 2020. In an Instagram story he explained after the breakup: "We decided together to end it because it just wasn't the way it was supposed to be." The now 26-year-old also confirmed the separation. "We just realized we're both too different," she said in a story at the time.
But, as is well known, opposites can also attract. And who knows? Perhaps Lombardi, who was already married to Sarah Engels from 2013 to 2019 and had her son Alessio in 2015, will actually find new family happiness.
