Thuringia: Five cars burn in Feldengel

Greußen/Nordhausen (dpa/th) - Five cars burned in the Feldengel (Kyffhäuser district) that belongs to Greußen. People were not injured, as the police in Nordhausen announced on Thursday. The police suspect arson. According to this, unknown persons are said to have set fire to a car parked on a property on Wednesday evening. The fire then spread to four other cars. Four of the cars burned out completely, one was damaged. The vehicles were no longer registered, it said. Residents have been warned about the heavy smoke. There was damage in the five-digit range.
