Erfurt (dpa / th) - In Erfurt, burglaries in company vehicles are increasing. On Tuesday night alone, strangers broke into nine company cars and caused major damage, a police spokeswoman said on Wednesday. The thieves are therefore targeting high-quality branded tools. In most cases, the sliding doors of the cars were forced open.
According to the information, the damage to the nine cars affected is over 16,000 euros. The thieves stole tools worth more than 37,000 euros that night. Seven vehicles had already been opened by thieves last weekend. According to the spokeswoman, the damage is over 9,000 euros.
