Erfurt/Berlin (dpa/th) - The Erfurt IT company Ibykus AG has taken over two companies in Berlin. These are the software developer European Consulting Group and the funding specialist EFG European Funding Management, as Ibykus AG announced on Tuesday in Erfurt. With the purchase, their range of subsidies management from EU pots will be expanded. The current focus is on agricultural funding.
EFG advises administrative, certification and audit authorities in the EU. The two Berlin companies employed 25 people and would have turned over around six million euros in 2021.
Founded in Erfurt in 1990, Ibykus AG specializes in digital solutions for administrations. According to its own statements, it employs around 270 people. In 2021, annual sales amounted to 33.8 million euros.
