Stock exchange in Frankfurt: Dax increases - US interest rate policy takes pressure off the stock market

The interest rate policy of the US Federal Reserve also gave the Dax a little boost on Thursday. With a plus of 0.25 percent to 13,199 points, shortly after the Xetra opening, the leading German index continued the gains of the previous day. The MDax for medium-sized companies gained 0.84 percent to 26,713 points. The leading eurozone index, the EuroStoxx 50, rose by 0.5 percent.
