Actor: Ulrich Tukur's early fascination with "FAZ" obituaries

According to his own statements, actor Ulrich Tukur was fascinated by obituaries in newspapers as a child. "My father subscribed to the "FAZ" in the 1960s and 1970s," said Tukur (64) of the German Press Agency in Berlin. When it became clear to him that one day he too would have to walk the path of all earthly things, that became an issue. And he started painting skulls and skeletons.
