Eleven properties searched: raid against members of the "Last Generation"

The Neuruppin public prosecutor's office is investigating the "Last Generation" for forming a criminal organization. Raids were carried out in several federal states. The reason is a protest action against the operating facilities of the oil refinery PCK Schwedt.

Investigators in Brandenburg and other federal states searched the homes of several members of the "Last Generation" on Tuesday. They are accused of forming or supporting a criminal organization, said a spokesman for the Neuruppin public prosecutor's office. Eleven objects are affected, one of them in Brandenburg.

The starting point of the measure were protest actions in April in the oil refinery PCK Schwedt. Among other things, sliders were closed there. In some cases it was just an attempt. There were no arrests. It will be determined because of the allegation of disruption of public services.
