Haslem has spent whole career with Heating
Miami Heat veteran Udonis Haslem assessed into his first match this year on Thursday night against the Philadelphia 76ers, and it lasted about three minutes.
"That is my favourite moment of this season up to now," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said following the group's 106-94 success. "Just excessive enthusiasm, anger and competitiveness. Just enjoy it. And that is why we roll with UD. Everyone in that locker room only has great respect and love ."
Haslem, a three-time NBA winner, was a mainstay on the Heat because the 2003-04 season. Though he does not get a lot of minutes , he's a team captain.
"If this really is the final one, I ended it the only way Udonis Haslem could -- using an ejection," Haslem said, through the Associated Press.
When asked when he had been hinting at something, Haslem explained he said"if."
Haslem was able to score four points and catch a rally from the short look.
Miami transferred to 39-31 with the success and Philadelphia dropped to 47-23.
