PlayStation Spain has announced that it is working on the solution of the problem that affects users all over the world related to the receipt of a message from a stranger that makes the video game console PlayStation 4 crash and stop working.
The problem, which have been reported by users this weekend, is due to the messages sent by unknown individuals, in particular, to an error that appears when there is a symbol in one of those messages, as specified in the company through the account of Twitter.
PlayStation has ensured that they are already working on a solution, and has advised users to disable the reception of messages from unknown from the section on 'Privacy Settings', and try to delete the messages from the mobile application with the PS4 turned off.
