Digital vicious circle: Please, again with an Update!

A little piece of happiness today, each of us is always ready. What we were looking for, if we take again, for the umpteenth Time on the day, the phone in the Hand, which answered the science for a long time: nothing other than happiness is. The messenger substance dopamine, as expectation of a hormone referred to, is secreted by the brain, as we expect from the mobile phone at any time, new Likes or messages, which gives us recognition or at least some attention. The lasting happiness and in the digital device us addicted, and thus end up unhappy it can make, said the research for us, too, but – wait, on popping here, just a message. Sorry.

There are also messages on the phone, which I don't wait in joyful expectation is, of course.
