The Audience of Zaragoza has rejected the resource of the State's advocacy that was intended to separate from the case to the two popular accusations in the Ghali case, that is, the entry into Spain of Brahim Ghali, the leader of the Polisario Front, by Zaragoza. Likewise, they will not have to present a bond of 150,000 euros for personarming in the case.
The Magistrates of the Third Section of the Hearing have authorized "the formal requirement for the presentation of complaint" to the complaint that brought the lawyer Antonio Urdiales in the Court of Instruction 7 of Zaragoza by the alleged crimes of counterfeiting, prevarication and concealment. The magistrates believe that "there is no problem in considering that, in reality, the interposed was a complaint, although the title granted was different."
The accusation forming Mohamed Rachad Andalousi Ourighili and Juan Vicente Pérez, who submitted another complaint in the Court of Instruction 2 of Logroño and were also attached to the Court of Zaragoza.
The car does not share with the defense of the Camilo Villarino diplomat, former chief cabinet of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is a "Procedural Fraud". The judge in charge of the investigation dismissed the request by considering that there were no elements that demonstrated filtrations by the accusation exerted by urdiales.
However, magistrates agree that the attorney or prosecutor of any of the parties that unduly reveal the content of the summary will be corrected with a fine of 500 to 10,000 euros, and may also be incurred any other person who is not an official and comet the same lack .
