Grabenstätt (dpa / lby) - A 62-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident in the Traunstein district on Saturday. A driver was seriously injured. The motorcyclist overtook a column of vehicles between Grabenstätt and Übersee, the police said. When a 30-year-old motorist made a left turn, he hit the side of the car head-on. He died at the scene of the accident. The driver had to be extricated from her vehicle and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
After the accident, a 21-year-old motorcyclist was unable to brake in time and crashed into another car. He was slightly injured.
