Thuringia: Two Thuringian lottery millionaires in St. Nicholas draw

Suhl (dpa/th) - The special lottery draw for St. Nicholas made two Thuringian lottery players millionaires. They had ticked three correct numbers in each of the two draws last Saturday, as the Thuringian State Lottery announced on Sunday. In the nationwide special draw before St. Nicholas Day on December 6th, three correct numbers were enough for the big prize. Two of the three main prizes went to Thuringia, something that has never happened before in the history of the German Lotto and Toto Block, according to Lotto Thuringia Managing Director Jochen Sttaschewski. According to him, there has already been a new millionaire and three major prizes of more than 100,000 euros for Thuringian game participants in the past four weeks.
