Illusionist: Uri Geller to Putin: Prevent nuclear war with the power of thought

The Israeli entertainer Uri Geller caused a lot of reactions on the internet with his warning to Russian President Vladimir Putin that he should use his thoughts to prevent a nuclear war.

"There are numerous reports that you are seriously considering using nuclear weapons," wrote the 75-year-old, who explains his controversial performances such as spoon-bending with extraordinary psychic powers, in an open letter to Putin that he published on Twitter. The "Stern" had previously reported.

In the event of nuclear weapons being used, Geller would use the last molecule of his mind to prevent it, the letter said. The illusionist warned that there were forces far greater than Putin could imagine. And because the thought power of many people is stronger than that of an individual, he calls on everyone to help him, wrote Geller.
