The judge investigating the entry into Spain of the Leader of the Polisario Front Brahim Ghali has incorporated into his instruction the report he asked for the National Police on how the historic Saharawi leader came out of Spain.
In the dossier, the agents report Magistrate Rafael Lasala that Ghali left undocumented Spain at the Logroño Airport at dawn on June 2.
Magistrate Lasala investigates possible crimes of passport falsification, prevarication and concealment, and on August 25 he asked the police to clarify how the country's departure from the country's leader was managed.
After detailing how his three companions left the country, the superior police headquarters of Navarra explains the concrete case of Ghali.
