Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - An 80-year-old was hit by the tram in Stuttgart and seriously injured. Apparently, the senior had overlooked the flashing light and did not hear the train's warning tone, a police spokesman said on Thursday. He was taken to hospital on Wednesday afternoon with serious injuries. The police were initially unable to provide any further details.
