Karlsruhe (dpa / lsw) - According to a media report, defender Kilian Jakob is about to say goodbye to the second division soccer team Karlsruher SC. The talks about a change with the third division club VfB Oldenburg are "far advanced", reported the "Badische Latest News" (Monday). Should the 24-year-old full-back leave KSC this winter, Daniel Brosinski's return to the Baden team should also be an issue. The 34-year-old has been without a club since the summer. He has been training with the Karlsruhe team for a long time, but has not yet been part of their professional squad.
Jakob switched from FC Augsburg to KSC in August 2021, but was unable to secure a regular place there. In the current season he only made three short appearances.
