Schorndorf (dpa / lsw) - The state security department of the criminal police has started investigations into posters directed against the chairman of the AfD in the Rems-Murr district, Lars Haise. A police spokesman said on Wednesday that a complaint had been filed. In addition, the police are investigating because the AfD politician's mailbox had been foamed and damaged.
As announced by the AfD, posters are said to have been put up in Schorndorf on Wednesday night, including a picture of Haise and the heading "Warning! Right-wing liar in the neighborhood!" demonstrate. The 33-year-old Haise is also a councilor in Schorndorf. According to his own statements, his house was also said to have been repeatedly attacked by foaming the mailbox.
