Friedrichshafen (dpa / lsw) - The German volleyball runner-up VfB Friedrichshafen has signed the national player Tim Peter as the third outside attacker. The contract applies to the coming season, said the DVV Cup winner on Sunday. 24-year-old Peter originally switched from WWK Volleys Herrsching to United Volleys Frankfurt. After the Hessians had not received the license for the Bundesliga, he now joined the team from Lake Constance. "The move to Friedrichshafen is perfect for me," said Peter. "Even when I was young I wanted to play there, mainly because Friedrichshafen is so successful."
