Wertingen (dpa / lby) - A drunk 13-year-old threw stones at a police car and an emergency service car in Swabia. The vehicles were unoccupied on Saturday near the folk festival site in Wertingen (district of Dillingen an der Donau), the police said on Sunday.
A 14-year-old fled after officers arrived, but was caught a little later. Upon returning, officers encountered the 13-year-old, who admitted to having smashed a window and caused multiple dents. He also tried to escape, slightly injuring the officers, but was arrested. A breathalyser test showed the teenager was drunk. He now has to answer for damage to property and resistance against law enforcement officials and was handed over to his mother. There was damage of around 12,000 euros.
