Munich (dpa / lby) - A 30-year-old threatened another man and his family on a street in Munich with a pistol. Because it was unclear whether it was a live firearm, an extensive search was carried out on Sunday night, according to the police. The officers finally found the suspect and two other men in a backyard. When he drew the gun, the police threatened to use their pistols. The man was arrested and not released until Sunday morning.
An alcohol test revealed almost two per thousand, as a spokesman said. Because he didn't have a license to carry the gun, he now has to answer for violating the gun law. Where exactly the family was threatened and why, the police could not say when asked.
