Kulmbach (dpa / lby) - A 33-year-old fled from the police in Upper Franconia for 90 minutes. More than ten patrol cars and a helicopter followed the man through several places in the Kulmbach district on Friday night, according to a police spokesman. The journey ended in a forest near Neudrossenfeld - the man drove down a slope and could not continue.
When he was arrested, it turned out that this was not his first escape from the police. The 33-year-old didn't have a driver's license either. Blood was taken from him because he was obviously under the influence of drugs.
The man is said to have always obeyed the speed limit. Despite attempts by the police to stop him, he just kept driving, as a police spokesman said.
