Bavaria: Ansbach University attacked by hackers

Ansbach (dpa / lby) - Hackers attacked Ansbach University - the target of the attack on Thursday night was the central server. This was quickly isolated so that the cyber attack is unlikely to have any far-reaching consequences, the university said. This affects several university services such as a learning platform and conference software. All entrances have been blocked. Purely virtual seminars would have to be partially omitted. There is currently no access to the online services of the library either. According to the university, the State Criminal Police Office has been informed and will now investigate.
