Bavaria: debris flow in Austria: Felbertauernstraße closed

Mittersill (dpa / lby) - After a mudslide, the Felbertauernstraße in the Austrian East Tyrol is expected to be closed until Wednesday. Since further mudslides like the one in Mittersill in the state of Salzburg cannot be ruled out due to rain, the road will remain impassable for the time being, the Austrian news agency APA reported on Tuesday. The road affected runs not far from the border with Bavaria and is also an important transport link for German holidaymakers.
