Bavaria: drug use and wrong number plates: police stop man

Bayreuth (dpa / lby) - A driver in Upper Franconia was caught by the police without a driver's license, with the wrong number plate and under drugs. As the officials announced on Saturday, they stopped the 37-year-old on Friday evening on the A9 near Bayreuth. The check showed that his car was neither registered nor insured and that the license plates were fake. The man also did not have a driver's license and, according to police, was apparently under the influence of drugs - the officers found six grams of crystal meth on him. Now the 37-year-old has to answer for various offenses.
