Würzburg (dpa / lby) - A 41-year-old drunk is said to have attacked a first responder and a police officer on a train in Würzburg. The federal police found dangerous objects on Thursday, including a sharpened file, tweezers and a sharpened screwdriver on the man, a spokesman said on Friday. Nobody got hurt.

According to the federal police, the man, who was heavily intoxicated, took the train towards Würzburg on Thursday evening. Other travelers noticed the man was unconscious and administered first aid. The 41-year-old hit first a first responder and later a police officer, whom he also insulted. A breath test revealed about three per thousand. The federal police are now investigating, among other things, for bodily harm, threats and insults.
