Munich (dpa / lby) - With marijuana, porn and Playstation games, he lured minors into his apartment - and violated them there. And that again and again over several years. Most of the time, a camera was running, filming everything without the knowledge of the victims. Now the man has been convicted: On Wednesday, the Munich I Regional Court imposed a total of six years in prison, including for sexual abuse of children in 132 cases. The court rated 24 assaults as serious sexual abuse. The accused has confessed.
According to the verdict, the attacks happened between 1999 and 2004. The victims were three boys who were not yet 14 years old at the time. The children knew the man as an acquaintance of their parents or friends. In order to lure them into his apartment, he gave the boys free marijuana, watched pornographic films with them or allowed them to play on the Playstation or computer, according to the decision. The Great Criminal Court also speaks of a breach of trust.
The main injured party gets 25,000 euros in damages. The court also ordered the continuation of the pre-trial detention. The verdict is not yet legally binding.
