Bavaria: Motorcyclist dies in a collision with a car

Untergriesbach (dpa / lby) - A 26-year-old motorcyclist died on Sunday in a collision with a car in the Passau district. According to witnesses, the 26-year-old had previously overtaken several cars on the road near Untergriesbach, a police spokesman said. Then, during another overtaking maneuver in the opposite lane, he crashed into the car of a 50-year-old. The impact killed him instantly. The driver and two passengers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
