Kammlach (dpa / lby) - After the alleged discovery of a tank shell in Kammlach (Unterallgäu district), a special group of the State Criminal Police Office gave the all-clear. The grenade is "to be classified as a decorative item". It contained neither explosives nor did it have a detonator, police said on Friday.
A man found the grenade on Thursday afternoon while cleaning out a relative's apartment and took it to the police. The man probably did not want to use them as decoration and agreed to the disposal by the police.
