Bavaria: trucks collide: two injured

Pfatter (dpa / lby) - Two 59 and 60-year-old truck drivers were injured when their vehicles collided in the Regensburg district, one of them seriously. The 60-year-old had turned left on a federal road near Pfatter to a gas station, said a police spokesman. He overlooked the oncoming truck of the 59-year-old, which caused a collision. The slightly injured 59-year-old was taken to a hospital. The seriously injured 60-year-old was flown to a clinic by helicopter. The trucks were recovered using a crane. The road was closed for almost four hours.
