Ingolstadt (dpa / lby) - The ERC Ingolstadt from the German Ice Hockey League has to do without striker Justin Feser for around three months. The 30-year-old suffered an upper-body injury in the away game against the Schwenningen Wild Wings (4-0) last Friday. The Ingolstadt company announced this on Thursday. It had already become known that striker Brian Gibbons would be out at least until the end of the main round due to a serious leg injury.
"We wish Justin a speedy recovery and hope to see him back on the ice as soon as possible. To have to accept two such serious and long-term absences in the center position with him and Brian Gibbons within a few days hits us very hard ' admitted sporting director Tim Regan. He is already looking for alternatives in the transfer market.
