Who should be vaccinated now, Ms. Protzer? First of all, everyone who does not yet have full vaccination protection. The Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO) has so far recommended a second booster for people over 70. However, there is now good data showing that it also offers real additional benefits to those over 60. I would therefore recommend the fourth vaccination to them as well. For all others, the answer depends on individual risk. With any kind of previous illness - and that starts with severe obesity or high blood pressure - the second booster is an advantage.
