Hesse: Advisor is said to have taken a savings deposit: process

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - Because he is said to have taken a customer's savings deposit of 50,000 euros and used it privately without authorization, a customer advisor at a bank has to answer in court from today. The customer opened a savings account with the consultant in March 2019 and paid the deposit to him in cash. Instead of the account documents, the woman subsequently only received a message, after which a processing fee of 50 cents was debited from her account. The public prosecutor assumes serious fraud. The district court in Frankfurt wants to complete the trial against the 36-year-old in one day.
