Hesse: EUR 120,000 property damage in the event of a fire in the laundry

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - A fire in a laundry in Frankfurt caused property damage of around 120,000 euros. A resident reported smoke in the Unterliederbach district late Thursday evening, as the fire brigade announced on Friday. The fire was then discovered in a storage room of the laundry and quickly extinguished. According to initial findings, no one was injured, and a total of 50 emergency services were on site. The police are investigating the cause of the fire.
