Hesse: instructions for explosive devices on the website: charge

Darmstadt/Frankfurt (dpa/lhe) - Instructions for the construction of explosive devices are said to have been published on its website. Now a 27-year-old man has to answer to the Darmstadt district court. Among other things, he was accused of violating the War Weapons Control Act, the public prosecutor's office in Frankfurt said on Thursday about their indictment. The man who lives in Darmstadt is said not to have created the instructions himself, but to have been the administrator of the site. According to the prosecution, this described itself as "Germany's largest explosives community". It was taken offline by the authorities three years ago.
