Hesse: Threatened young people playing with a stun gun

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - A pensioner is said to have hit young people playing in front of the house with an iron bar and threatened them with a pistol. On Tuesday (9.00 a.m.) the 70-year-old man has to answer for this before the district court in Frankfurt. The public prosecutor accuses him of dangerous bodily harm and prohibited possession of weapons. According to the indictment, the young people played football on a lawn in April 2020 and shot the ball onto the pensioner's balcony. When one of the boys wanted to get the ball back, the attacks came. The court has scheduled a day of trial for the time being.
