Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: 65-year-old drives against a tree and dies

Sternberg (dpa / mv) - A 65-year-old driver crashed into a tree in a forest on Sunday on federal highway 192 near Sternberg (Ludwigslust-Parchim district) and died a little later in the hospital. The police said it was still unclear why the man left the road between the towns of Dabel and Borkow. The man was resuscitated at the scene of the accident and taken to the hospital in Plau. He died there a little later.
