Because when the 77-year-old confronted the officers at the police station with his request, he also stated that he did not have a license to drive the scooter. The motorized two-wheeler was consequently confiscated by the police and a criminal complaint was also filed against the man. Of course, the police also mediated the warm place to stay, the Warburg regulatory office accommodated the senior in emergency accommodation.
