Recklinghausen (dpa / lnw) - After a body was found in the city harbor in Recklinghausen, the police began investigations. The dead man was discovered in the morning in the water of the Rhine-Herne Canal in the Ruhr area. The crew of a canal boater dialed the emergency call around 8:30 a.m., a police spokeswoman said. The cause of death is currently being determined.
