North Rhine-Westphalia: Three injured after a collision between two cars

Hamm (dpa / lnw) - In a traffic accident between two cars in Hamm, three people were injured. A 20-year-old driver and a 19-year-old passenger collided with a 60-year-old's car while turning on Thursday, the police said. All three sustained injuries and had to be taken to area hospitals. While the two women remained inpatient, the 60-year-old was released after outpatient treatment. Both cars were no longer drivable. The scene of the accident was temporarily closed and traffic had to be diverted. The police estimate the damage to property at around 18,000 euros.
