Saxony-Anhalt: 17-year-old driver builds an accident while fleeing the police

Halle (dpa/sa) - In Halle, the police arrested a 17-year-old early on Sunday morning who wanted to avoid being checked. The young man had previously fled his car at high speed, police said. He ignored several red traffic lights and drove on the footpath. The 17-year-old then had an accident on Richard-Paulick-Strasse and fled on foot before the police could catch him.
