Saxony-Anhalt: high property damage in a garage fire in Coswig

Coswig (dpa/sa) - A garage fire in Coswig (Wittenberg district) caused a high level of property damage. For reasons that are still unclear, a two-part garage caught fire on Wednesday night, the police said in the morning. A car parked in the garage was damaged in the fire. The resulting property damage amounts to around 25,000 euros. The extinguishing work took two and a half hours. According to the information, a total of 33 emergency services were on site. Nobody was injured in the fire.
